Information we collect and use
When you shop or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery address, items ordered and enquiry details. We keep order totals, payment references, payment status and records needed to help with orders and returns.
If you choose to use an account, we also keep the account details, saved addresses and sign-in information needed to provide access to your orders. An account is optional. Required checkout information is used to process your order, arrange delivery or pickup, contact you about it and protect account access.
Services involved in your order
- Stripe handles card and supported wallet payments. Payment details entered into Stripe's payment fields go to Stripe; our store does not receive or store your full card number.
- Resend delivers transactional email, such as order messages and account sign-in codes, using the recipient details and message content needed for that email.
- Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website and may process technical connection information, including your IP address.
- When an order is sent through Australia Post, the recipient and delivery details needed to carry the parcel are provided to Australia Post.
Store staff use the information needed to manage orders and customer enquiries. Order and account information is held in our store systems and the relevant service providers' systems. Some providers may process information outside Australia.
Cookies, storage and messages
The site uses cookies and browser storage to remember your basket, checkout details and signed-in session. Payment and website security services may also use their own cookies or similar technology.
Placing an order or creating an account does not sign you up for marketing. The online checkout does not currently offer newsletter signup. Order and account messages are used to provide the service you requested.
Access, corrections and concerns
To ask about your information, request access or a correction, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected] or call 0415 221 334. We may ask you to verify your identity before providing account information.
Tell us what happened and the outcome you are seeking. The store will review your concern and respond to you. You can also seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
