Shipping & pickup

Standard delivery within Australia

Our current provisional flat shipping fee is A$15 per order. Check the delivery fee and order total shown at checkout before paying. We currently accept Australian delivery addresses only.

This is a store shipping charge. Express delivery, signature and Extra Cover are not available to select at checkout.

Pickup from Mandurah

Pickup has no delivery fee and is available at checkout for customers with a Western Australian address. Choose pickup and confirm that you can collect from the store.

Please wait for the store to confirm collection details before travelling. Placing or paying for an order does not mean it is ready to collect.

Delivery questions

Check your address carefully before placing an order. For address changes, timing questions, a delayed parcel or a delivery problem, contact the store with your order reference. We can check the status of your particular order.

For an issue with an item you receive, see Returns & order help.
